What readers are saying
"Captivating, well written, and kept me reading with intrigue. I could visualize the scenarios with the tremendous 'dog-determined' work to get details and forensic evidence that eventually solved these cases. A masterpiece."
"Brad Schlerf's attention to detail builds the atmosphere and storyline in a way that just draws the reader in. … Even knowing these are true crimes did not stop me from gasping with every turn of the page. … Very likely going on my top reads list for the year."
"This story shows how investigators can follow a string of events 20-plus years later to uncover the past. It's also a good history lesson about how a police officer grew with the technology over 30 years to become an expert."
"A well-written and compelling true crime collection that was carefully created to take the reader inside the investigations. Highly recommended! (But don't start this book on a work night — you won't be able to put it down!)"
